🧭 The Role


We’re looking for a Business Support Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a degree in Business Management (or related field) and a proven track record in hospitality or property operations.


You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on leadership — ensuring properties run efficiently, teams are well-coordinated, and guests enjoy the best possible experience.

🔑 What You’ll Do

•Manage daily operations across serviced accommodation, hotels, and holiday lets

•Oversee bookings, guest services, and compliance processes

•Lead and support on-site teams, cleaners, and contractors to maintain property standards

•Track occupancy rates, performance, and guest satisfaction, implementing improvements where needed

•Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively

•Prepare reports and contribute to ongoing business development

🎯 What We’re Looking For

•Degree in Business Management (or related field) – required

•2–3+ years’ experience in hospitality, accommodation, or property management

•Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

•Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

•Comfortable with property management systems and digital tools
