Job Title: Passenger Assistant

Salary: Grade 2 Scale Point 4 (£14 per hour including holiday pay)
Reports to: Headteacher
The Ladder School is recruiting a Passenger Assistant to start in September. This casual position involves transporting students to and from placements.
Hours vary depending on daily needs, with regular days approximately 8:45 am – 10:15 am and 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm.
Duties Include:
1. Working alongside the driver to ensure student safety at all times.
2. Completing safety checks on the vehicle.
3. Counting students onto and off the minibus at the start and end of each journey.
4. Safeguarding students and reporting concerns.
