Education Advisor Full-time Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Hybrid 3 days in office 2 from home) Salary: £24,859 - £26,390 per annum Do you enjoy supporting educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences and helping young people overcome barriers to education? We're looking for an Education Adviser to join our SEND & Inclusion practice at Supporting Education Group. Our SEND & Inclusion practice plays a vital role in this mission by supporting children and young people who need a more tailored approach to learning across mainstream, specialist and alternative provision settings. Through personalised tuition, targeted interventions, exam support and bespoke mentoring, we work to reduce barriers to learning, strengthen engagement and improve confidence, attendance and progress. Bringing together committed professionals and qualified SEND specialists, we ensure learners receive inclusive, high‑quality support that meets them where they are and helps them move forward positively. About the role As an Education Adviser, you'll support the Quality Assurance team to ensure tutors deliver effective, engaging and inclusive tuition that meets the needs of learners across a range of settings. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues and tutors to monitor performance, provide guidance and support best practice in education delivery. The role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who is analytical, organised and passionate about improving outcomes for young people. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the monitoring and tracking of tutor performance and reporting in line with quality standards and expectations Advising and supporting tutors through email, phone and online communication Helping tutors maintain excellent standards of tuition delivery and learner engagement Collaborating with teams across the business to maintain a high-quality service Organising and delivering tutor training events and contributing to training materials Carrying out teaching observations and providing constructive feedback Maintaining accurate records of support, interventions and quality assurance activity Promoting best practice in SEND, inclusion and learner support About you We're looking for someone who is passionate about education and understands what great teaching and learner support looks like. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with teaching experience who wants to build a career in quality assurance, education support and specialist provision - while contributing to life-changing outcomes for children and young people.
