We're currently looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Job Purpose
The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and can handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
· Managing office files, records, and databases (digital and physical)
· Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
· Schedule meetings and manage calendars
· Prepare reports, letters, and other documents
· Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative needs
· Assist with onboarding new staff
· Maintain employee records and support HR processes
· Liaise with recruitment contacts and support interview scheduling
· Process invoices and expense claims
· Liaise with suppliers and service providers
· Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
· Ensure office procedures comply with company policies
· Support health and safety checks and documentation
· General office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in office administration or similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
· Ability to solve problems
· Familiarity with HR or finance systems is a plus
