Contract: Full Time Permanent Onsite
A leading UK engineering and manufacturing organisation is seeking a Training Partner to join its manufacturing division and play a key role in developing the skills, capability, and performance of colleagues across multiple technical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about training, development, and competency building within a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver technical and non-technical training.
* Create development pathways and identify appropriate external/internal training options.
* Develop assessment tools to certify skills and ensure competence levels.
* Maintain accurate training data, records, and skills matrices.
* Upload and manage course content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
* Collaborate closely with team leaders to understand critical skill requirements.
About You
You will be a hands‑on, proactive Training or Learning and Development professional with experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have:
* Experience delivering training within engineering, automotive, aerospace, defence, or similar environments.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
* Experience developing training materials and assessment tools.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.
* A collaborative, organised, and detail‑driven approach.
Qualifications
* Level 4 (HNC) or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Train the Trainer qualification is beneficial but not essential.
