What You'll Be Doing
* Providing friendly and efficient bar service between 9:00pm–12:00am.
* Closing and securing the bar, including cash procedures and stock checks.
* Completing light cleaning tasks across public areas to maintain presentation standards.
* Acting as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night.
* Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests or minor issues.
* Carrying out regular safety and security checks across the premises.
* Monitoring building access and ensuring all areas are secured overnight.
* Recording incidents or maintenance needs and preparing clear handover notes.
Working Pattern: 9:00pm - 8:00am Shifts Available | As and When Required Based On Business Needs
What You Can Bring
* Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A reliable, trustworthy approach with a sense of responsibility.
* Willingness to learn — hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
* Confidence in handling small issues calmly and professionally.
