Childcare and Education Lecturer Hours: Mondays 9:00am – 12:30pm, Fridays 9:00am – 4:00pm Pay: £28.00 – £35.83 per hour Contract: Part-time, ASAP - July 2026 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Childcare and Education Lecturer to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role in supporting learners to reach their full potential and progress onto further study or employment. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and develop schemes of work, session plans, teaching resources, and assessment plans. * Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding in Early Years, Childcare, and Education. * Motivate and inspire learners to achieve targets and develop skills for progression. * Maintain and update subject knowledge and vocational expertise. * Provide high-quality feedback through planning and marking to support learner development. About You The ideal candidate will: * Hold a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE). * Possess a relevant highest-level vocational qualification or degree in your teaching subject. * Have recent experience delivering FE courses in Childcare, Early Years and Education.
