We’re currently looking for an experienced contract/interim 360 recruiter to join our Account & Finance team. This area of growth for the business offers an entrepreneurial recruiter a huge scope of opportunity to dive into.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment in the Accounting and Finance market, building client relationships, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and delivering high-quality hires.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience recruiting in the Accounting and Finance market (focus in EU desirable but not essential)
* Consistent track record of billings
* Proactive and creative strategies to win new business and network with clients
* Entrepreneurial spirit to boost performance on our platform
* High performing, ambitious, and driven, with a fun mindset
* Values of authenticity, creativity and empowerment
* Recruitment consultants with 2-4 years experience looking for their next step
