Responsibilities
You will be looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual to join our Hair & Beauty team as a Technical Support Assistant. You will help maintain our industry‑standard salons, support staff and students during practical sessions, ensure a safe and professional learning environment.
You will be required to prepare and maintain salon equipment, tools, and products. Support both staff and students during practical sessions to include assisting with commercial salon sessions, competition preparation and other events whilst maintaining safety and stock levels of the department.
You will need to have strong organisational skills and a positive, student‑focused attitude, with experience in the hairdressing and/or beauty therapy sector.

Employees will, in accordance with statutory guidance, be subject to a comprehensive checking process including references from current and previous employers, health, right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list. To comply with legislation, you are required to obtain a DBS check for your role. We will be asking Protocol National Ltd/Esafeguarding Ltd to undertake this process on our behalf.
