Overview
Lecturer in Electrical Installation (FE) – Birmingham. Permanent, full-time or part-time positions available. Salary £35,608 - £43,482 per annum - AC2.
Location: Birmingham. The University is located in the heart of Birmingham with around 8,000 students across FE and HE provision.

Responsibilities
* Teach Electrical Installations in Further Education (FE) or bring industry experience as an Electrician to deliver skills to students.
* Join a team developing a multimillion-pound retrofit centre for Sustainable Construction and contribute to delivering a world-class FE/HE learning experience.
* Work with Senior Lecturers and the Head of Department to ensure high-quality delivery and to produce work-ready students for employment or career progression.
* Contribute to the development of curriculum and use of high-technology resources and facilities to support student learning.
* Demonstrate commitment to self-development and keeping up to date with industry innovation.
Qualifications/Experience
* Experience teaching electrical installations in an FE setting, or significant electrical trade experience with an interest in teaching the next generation.
* Ability to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to an expanding teaching portfolio.
