Job Summary
Would you like opportunities to use and develop skills in a range of therapeutic modalities with individuals, families and systems? Would you like to ask 'what has happened to you' and not 'what is wrong with you'... and genuinely build interventions around the needs of the individual and their system? We are a group of clinicians who value each psychologist's unique identity.
This post offers excellent opportunities to work within a team dedicated to supporting interests in specialist therapeutic models and gaining access to relevant supervision, such as systemic and neuropsychological supervision. Supervision is tailored to your development needs. Systemic pathways are embedded within the psychology team as a pathway of care, alongside other models like EMDR and compassion-focused therapy.
We have strong links with the Surrey Clinical Psychology doctorate, providing teaching and placements, and encourage supervision skills development through the Surrey Supervisors Training Course. All post holders will have opportunities for supervision and to develop supervisory skills.
