Position We're looking for a strategic, delivery-focused Head of ANPR Enablement to build and lead our ANPR and CCTV capability across an established national parking estate. Sitting at the crossroads of commercial, technology, sales, and operations, you'll own the end-to-end ANPR enablement roadmap - from value proposition and solution design through to sales enablement, client adoption, and large-scale deployment. Your mission will be to transform traditional, warden-based sites into scalable, tech-enabled operations that deliver real commercial and client impact. This is a rare opportunity to build a function, lead high-value technology rollouts, and drive transformational change across our portfolio. Responsibilities and Duties Define and deliver the ANPR enablement strategy across existing sites Build and lead a high-performing enablement team Own the ANPR roadmap, commercial propositions, and business targets Act as the voice of the client, shaping scalable, compliant ANPR solutions Enable Sales and Account teams with compelling propositions, pricing, and tools Drive operational adoption through playbooks, training, and change management Track performance, optimise outcomes, and continuously improve delivery Who you are Proven experience building tech-enablement, product, or go-to-market functions from the ground up Strong commercial and sales-enablement expertise Direct experience with ANPR, CCTV, parking, PropTech, SaaS, or tech-enabled services A track record of delivering large-scale technology rollouts or transformation programmes Confidence working with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams Knowledge of GDPR, DPA, and surveillance compliance frameworks If you thrive on ownership, scale, and turning strategy into real-world results, this is your chance to shape the future of tech-enabled parking at scale. You will be visiting clients all over the UK.
