Who You Are You are an experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years in managing child protection enquiries. You are an excellent communicator with outstanding organizational skills. You possess an understanding of performance management and have the ability and willingness to work alongside partners to support practice improvement within the service. What the Job Involves This role is part of the Duty service, supporting the team manager in operational management. You will work with the Duty team to respond to safeguarding and children in need. You'll manage performance, mentor staff, handle complex casework, and chair/facilitate meetings such as strategy meetings. You will assist in identifying levels of need and create support plans for children and families, ensuring short-term management of cases while supporting care planning needs.
