Sales Account Managers – Workplace Technology Solutions - UK-Wide Opportunities


Basic Salary Range is £30K to £50K DOE + Double Base OTE (Uncapped) + Car or Allowance + Benefits!

Our client is a powerhouse in the Workplace Technology space, providing leading solutions across Unified Communications, Managed Print Services, Cyber Security and Software Services, working with global vendors to deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform how businesses manage their technology environments.


They’re on the hunt for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Account Managers to win new business and drive growth across existing accounts. So, if you thrive in a consultative sales role and love the challenge of new logo acquisition and growing a client portfolio, this could be your next big move!


What You’ll Be Doing:


* Winning New Business – Hunt for fresh opportunities and convert them into long-term clients within your region.
* Growing & Retaining Clients – Develop and execute account plans that drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies within your portfolio.
* Consultative Selling – Understand each client’s needs, delivering tailored solutions, and optimise their technology environment.
* Closing Deals – Own the entire sales process, from pitching solutions to sealing the deal and ensuring smooth onboarding.
* Networking & Industry Engagement – Attend key events and conferences to expand your network and build relationships.
* Staying Organised & Proactive – Keep track of all client activity via CRM and maximise opportunities through vendor partnerships.


What We’re Looking For:


* Proven experience in selling Workplace Technology Solutions to SME and Mid-Market clients.
* A strategic mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* The ability to consult, advise, and tailor solutions that make a real impact for clients.
* Exceptional presentation & negotiation skills – you know how to command a room!
* A go-getter attitude with strong commercial acumen and decision-making abilities.
* A passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and a positive, winning mentality.
