Export Sales Administrator

24 hours/week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am-5pm)

We are really excited to be looking for an Export Sales Administrator to join our sales team at Associated Dental Products Ltd, a family-run business, based in Purton, Swindon.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a British manufacturer and developer of high-quality consumable dental products, with a global customer base. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive person. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting our international sales operations, ensuring the smooth processing of export orders and helping to drive growth in export markets. You will play a key role in managing export sales administration, supporting distributors worldwide, and contributing to the development of our global business.

This is a part time role (24hrs per week) 8.30am – 5pm Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Company bonus also paid.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Sales & Administration

* Receive and process export purchase orders from all non-EU export customers.
* Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices, order acknowledgements and delivery confirmations.
* Process export invoicing from sales order processing.
* Monitor overdue sales orders and update customers accordingly.
* Process card payments and pass export freight invoices for approval.
* Maintain accurate export filing and ensure CRM records are up to date.

Customer & Distributor Support

* Respond to export enquiries and tenders, providing quotations as required.
* Follow up on export leads and opportunities.
* Liaise with customers to support product registration in their respective countries.
* Handle customer complaints, raise documentation and progress accordingly.
* Provide all necessary shipping documentation, including documentation required for Letters of Credit and Cash Against Documents.

Business Development & Marketing Support

* Proactively support the development of export business, generating leads and identifying new opportunities.
* Attend and prepare for trade fairs and customer visits (UK and overseas).
* Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to manage export promotions and campaigns.
* Assist the Marketing Director with updating and issuing price lists.
* Provide export sales target figures for approval.
* Report on leads and opportunity progress during sales meetings.
* Maintain a professional presence on LinkedIn to support export visibility.

Office & Team Support

* Provide cover for UK and EU sales administration when required.
* Receive incoming calls and support general office duties.
* Provide backup for outgoing postal procedures.
* Carry out all necessary tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsible to the Sales Director.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has previous experience in export sales administration or international sales support.
* Has strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills.
* Is confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Is proactive, commercially aware, and keen to support international growth.

Experience working with Letters of Credit and export compliance documentation would be highly advantageous.

Desirable:

* Currently located within commutable distance
* Own transport/driving licence
* Supportive team environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
