* £28,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training
* Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
* Purpose‑built training location
* Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions

Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
