We are seeking a dedicated Curriculum and Performance Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our curriculum. This role involves managing learning coaches, ensuring the effective operation of learner journey processes, curriculum design, learner progression, and maintaining high quality of provision.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Manage the learning coaches, ensuring optimal learner to staff ratios and conducting monthly performance reviews based on learner experience and quality outcomes.
2. Oversee the CIAG, initial assessments, and induction processes to ensure learners are appropriately placed in programs.
3. Monitor and act on learner retention strategies, identifying and supporting at-risk learners.
4. Develop and continually adjust an innovative curriculum with supporting learning resources based on feedback to enhance achievement rates.
5. Coordinate quarterly standardisation meetings to ensure consistent implementation across the curriculum and share best practices among learning coaches.
6. Organize assessments, exams, and EPA across the curriculum, ensuring compliance with awarding organisation requirements.
