Head of Growth – Direct-to-Consumer Investing
Own and deliver the end-to-end growth strategy for a UK-based digital investing platform, driving client acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term value. Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, data, and partnerships to optimise commercial performance and scale growth channels. Use data-driven experimentation, financial modelling, and market insight to identify opportunities, prioritise investment, and maximise impact. Act as a senior stakeholder, aligning teams around clear growth priorities and delivering measurable outcomes against ambitious targets.
* Own and execute end-to-end growth strategy, driving acquisition, conversion, retention, and client lifetime value
* Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, data, and client teams to deliver commercial outcomes
* Identify, test, and scale growth opportunities through data-driven experimentation and optimisation
* Translate strategy into clear, measurable initiatives aligned to financial targets and business priorities
* Partner with finance to forecast performance, model scenarios, and build investment cases
* Define success metrics and ensure delivery of measurable value from growth initiatives
* Develop and scale partnership channels to expand reach and market share
* Leverage market insight and competitor analysis to inform growth strategy and identify opportunities
* Influence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organisation to align on priorities and execution
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and performance focus
Experience required of Head of Growth, D2C Investing:
* Significant experience in growth, commercial, or strategy roles within financial services, fintech, or digital platforms
* Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth
* Strong data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation, optimisation, and performance analysis
* Demonstrated ability to operate and influence within complex, matrixed organisations
