We are looking to recruit a part time veterinary receptionist to work between our Chaddesden and Chellaston practices.
Hours: 20hrs per week. 4 hour shifts between the hours of 8.00am-7.30pm. Saturdays 9am to 1pm on a 1 in 6 rota.
As a veterinary receptionist your main duties will include answering incoming calls, making appointments, welcoming clients, taking payments, answering emails, keeping the reception area clean and tidy and administration task as necessary. The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a customer service environment, excellent communication skills and good keyboard/computer skills. Ability to work at the main surgery and the branch surgery is essential. Experience of working in a veterinary environment would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided.
