CRM Manager
Salary: £40,000–£45,000
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Are you a CRM specialist ready to step into a role with real influence? This is a chance to take ownership of CRM strategy and execution within a growing international gaming brand, working across multiple markets with direct exposure to senior leadership.
The Role
As CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering CRM strategy, with a particular focus on the UK market, while also gaining significant exposure to international territories like Mexico. Reporting into the Head of Casino, you’ll manage three CRM Executives and drive tailored, engaging campaigns across multiple channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing customer segmentation and insights to improve lifecycle communications
* Planning, building, and deploying CRM campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
* Monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable insights to optimise campaigns
* Delivering personalised offers and player communications daily, based on behaviour and trends
* Running A/B tests to continuously improve CRM effectiveness
* Supporting broader projects, including onboarding new casino operators, optimising game layouts, and building out automated lifecycle journeys
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong CRM experience
* iGaming experience is strongly preferred
* Hands-on campaign management experience (HTML loading, testing, and deployment)
* Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and working closely with senior stakeholders
* Proactive approach – able to generate and deliver new ideas to improve retention and engagement
* Mentoring experience is a bonus, though formal management experience isn’t essential
What’s In It for You?
* Salary up to £45,000 (or £50,000 for the right candidate)
* Fully remote working
* Opportunity to influence both strategy and execution — not just deliver campaigns
* High visibility with senior leadership, including direct exposure to the CEO and CMO
* Global exposure across key markets beyond the UK
