Project Manager – Midlands Region (Regular travel required)
As Project Manager you will take full responsibility for ensuring works are executed safely, within programme and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Ensure works are executed safely, within programme and to the highest quality standards.
* Lead the team on delivery of drainage repairs and other repair works on our SDF schemes across the Midlands region.
* Create and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with CDM and all relevant legislation.
* Lead the planning, preparation and delivery of the scheme throughout the full project lifecycle.
* Manage design engagement and collaborative workshops to achieve safe, buildable and efficient solutions.
* Select, onboard and lead high‑performing project teams and supply chain partners.
* Oversee commercial performance, managing cost, risk, change and profitability.
* Establish and manage site setup, temporary works and regulatory compliance prior to commencement.
* Drive innovation, continuous improvement and performance reporting.
* Lead, motivate and develop teams to ensure high‑quality delivery to programme, budget and scope.
* Travel extensively across the Midlands region and occasionally work night shifts.
