Senior Recruitment Consultant – Quality Engineer

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well‑established engineering manufacturer based in Bordon, seeking a motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join their growing team. Monday–Thursday: 9am‑5pm, 9am‑12:15pm Friday

Job Description
* Carry out product and process inspections, producing clear dimensional and performance reports.
* Operate laboratory and QC equipment, including tensile and hardness testers.
* Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions.
* Assist with internal, customer and external audits.
* Contribute to FMEA, APQP, Control Plans and other quality planning activities.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
* Confident root cause analysis and problem‑solving ability (8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone).
* Experience in Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement projects.
* Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.
