Community Support Worker – Alcedo – Thornton-Cleveleys and Surrounding Area

As a member of the Alcedo Care team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to all ages, including children, young people, and older clients at different stages in their care.
Your responsibilities will include supporting clients in developing life skills and participating in community activities to enhance their overall quality of life. You will help clients with ongoing rehabilitation to enhance their daily lives and support them in remaining independent. You will work with client groups with a variety of mental health diagnoses or long-term health conditions and be responsible for recording accurate and detailed notes to support the ongoing assessment of clients' care needs and required support.
