Our client is a global private markets firm who are looking for a high-performing Roadshow Coordinator for a 6 month FTC to join their fast-paced, globally focused Investor Relations team. This role is critical to the success of the business and is ideal for someone who looking to be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Roadshow Coordination: End-to-end scheduling and logistics for complex, multi-region roadshows. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Sales, IR, Senior Portfolio Managers, and Senior Management to build tailored itineraries that reflect their travel preferences and logistical requirements. Travel & Logistics: Handle all associated travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, visas) to ensure seamless execution, often across multiple time zones. Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external contacts alike. Understand travel and communication preferences for flawless execution. Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams including Investor Relations, Executive Assistants, and administrative staff to align on materials and meeting needs. Admin & Follow-Up: Support any admin relating to the roadshows including calendars, briefing documents, and CRM updates. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience coordinating roadshows is highly preferred, or a proven Executive Assistant with exposure to supporting at a senior level in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience working in Financial Services. Highly conscientious and detail-oriented – understands the ripple effect of a single missed connection. Clear, calm, and effective communicator.
