Salary: £32,938 - £40,725

Overview
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Lecturer in Digital Enterprise to join our team. The role involves delivering engaging, industry-relevant lessons that inspire students to explore the digital world. You will plan, design and deliver courses for 16‑19 year old students and adults, and demonstrate the College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence.
Responsibilities
* Plan, design and deliver lessons in areas such as programming, coding, cyber security, robotics, game design and AI.
* Engage, support and challenge students of all abilities in a classroom environment.
* Inspire learners to develop practical skills and creative confidence in the fast‑moving tech landscape.
* Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
Qualifications
* Level 4 qualification in a relevant field or significant industry experience.
* Teaching qualification.
* Recent demonstrable experience in the classroom.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of the digital landscape, with interest in artificial intelligence, software development, robotics or gaming.
