9 Month Contract
We are currently looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a major retail refurbishment project in Norwich on a 9-month contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme, taking full responsibility for health, safety and environmental compliance across site operations while helping to drive a strong and proactive safety culture.
The Role
* Lead all Health & Safety activities across the project
* Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and UK H&S legislation
* Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
* Work closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain exceptional safety standards
Requirements
* NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma
* IOSH Membership (Chartered or Graduate preferred)
* Previous experience on retail refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations xsngvjr and UK H&S legislation
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
* Ability to influence teams and promote a positive safety culture
