About your team
The Chief Customer Office (CCO) exists to drive commercial growth across all of Centrica Retail through focus on world class customer experience and highly attractive and compelling product and service propositions.
The Customer Value Management team has been created to create engaging, relevant, personalised experiences for our customers. By surfacing the right message at the right time through the right channel we aim to make customers happier, stickier and take more of our products.
About your role:
Data is key to our success. The purpose of the Senior Campaign Data Manager is to ensure we are feeding clean and well-structured customer data through to our customer marketing platforms so that our campaign developers easily create segments and deliver personalised experiences across multiple channels.
What will you be doing?
1. Data Pipeline Development: designing and building high-performance data pipelines and ETL processes for analytics, reporting, and machine learning workflows.
2. Data Architecture: developing end-to-end architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, and modeling frameworks, optimized for performance, cost, and scalability.
3. Database Management: ensuring optimal data availability and performance.
4. Data Integration & Governance: integrating complex data ecosystems, defining governance frameworks, and enhancing data quality through robust management practices.
5. Scalability & Innovation: deliver scalable, reusable solutions tailored to enterprise needs, driving operational efficiency and innovation.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: consultative approach to collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with strategic goals.
7. Complex Campaign Development: Support the campaign developers with more selections where the campaign is particularly complex or new data is involved
Here's what we’re looking for:
Weareseeking a highlyexperienced Data Specialist with a strongbackground in designing and implementingscalable, high-performance data solutions acrosssubscription-based business models. The ideal candidate will demonstrateprovenexpertise in developing robust data pipelines, optimizing data architectures, and enabling advancedanalytics to drive strategicgrowth.
Proficiency in modern cloud technologies and database management systems is essential, along with a demonstratedability to translatecomplex business requirementsintoeffective, compliant data strategiesthatalign to industry standards.
