* Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Year-round)
* Shift Pattern: Split shifts or rotating patterns (e.g., 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
* Site Security: Opening and closing the school premises, managing alarm systems, and acting as a key holder for emergency call-outs.
* General Maintenance: Carrying out minor repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting) and coordinating with external contractors for larger projects.
* Health & Safety: Conducting regular safety checks (fire alarms, water testing, lighting) and ensuring the site is clear of hazards, especially during winter months.
* Porterage & Cleaning: Moving furniture for assemblies or exams and supervising the cleaning team to ensure high standards are maintained.
