Our client is a well-established and highly reputable Property Management company, specialising in residential block management. They pride themselves on a supportive and professional culture and are looking for a proactive team player to join their office administration team.

Requirements
Essential
* Significant experience in an office administration role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
Desirable
* Experience in lettings, estate agency or property management administration
* Confidence in handling challenging or sensitive situations
The Role
* Office administration tasks to include post handling, mail merges, scanning, filing, etc.
* Managing day-to-day tele and email enquiries from tenants and clients in a professional and timely manner
* Supporting Property Managers with routine administration tasks.
* Taking post to local post box and getting keys cut.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high standards of client care at all times
