Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of our premium business, leading a high‑performing, multi‑functional team to drive revenue, retention, and exceptional customer experiences across every touchpoint. From shaping strategy and unlocking new commercial opportunities to optimising sales performance, pricing, and lead generation, you will champion a best‑in‑class premium experience, using insight and innovation to continually evolve our offering, while collaborating cross‑functionally to align strategy, influence stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery across the entire premium journey.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
As a Premium Director, you will be a strategic commercial leader with a passion for premium experiences and a track record of delivering results.
* Proven experience in a senior commercial, revenue, or premium‑focused role
* Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and retention
* Inspirational leader who can develop and motivate high‑performing teams
* Commercially astute with a sharp eye for opportunity
* Data‑driven and analytical in your approach
* Confident stakeholder manager with strong influencing skills
* Customer‑obsessed, delivering exceptional experiences
Experience within live events, hospitality, or a customer‑centric environment is highly desirable.
