We are building a team to support a client who lives independently in their own home and requires support with personal care, moving & assisting and social support. The team will provide consistency and continuity of care to our client and support them to achieve a range of outcomes, you will be a central to their daily life with the objective of enriching and improving their independence.
Shift patterns are and will operate on a 4 on / 4 off rota.
* Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat 09:30 - 17:00
* Tue / Thu / Sun 09:30 - 15:45

Qualifications
* At least 1years' careexperience..
* Compassionateandreliable with a passion for supporting people.
* Good communicatorwho can easily build relationships with others.
* Someone who wants tomake a positive differenceto the life of someone older in theirlocal community
Additional Information
As a Care Professional, you will receive:
* Excellent rateof pay - £13.10per hour
* 1.5x and 2x payfor public holidays
* Mileage contribution up to 45p per mile
* Travel contribution for non-drivers.
* Visits of 1 hour or more with every client .
