This is an exciting time for an innovative, driven, and commercially minded Director of Business Development to join our team at the Harley Street Campus. Our campus comprises:

Responsibilities
* Deliver substantial revenue growth in line with the hospital’s strategic objectives through the design and implementation of an appropriate business development strategy.
* Identify growth opportunities across the campus service lines and liaise with relevant teams to achieve key revenue targets.
* Maintain and manage Medical Consultants agreements in partnership with legal, finance and support teams.
* Lead and develop a dynamic business development team, fostering a service-oriented culture for medical consultants and internal stakeholders.
* Provide weekly/monthly business development reports to the CEO to support monthly planning and strategic initiatives.
* Conduct high-quality market research to monitor competitor performance and identify potential expansion opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to prepare and present annual growth plans, 3‑year plans and business cases for capital investment.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience implementing business development management frameworks ideally within private healthcare.
* Commercially minded with high business acumen.
* Strong change management and business redesign skills.
* Experience of budget management.
* Team building and leadership abilities; ability to motivate, enthuse and involve individuals and teams.
* Demonstrable success in delivering a comprehensive business development function within a complex organization.
* Well‑developed leadership and influencing skills with the ability to positively impact individuals and teams.
* Intellectual flexibility and the capacity to look beyond existing structures to produce innovative service delivery and partnerships.
* Significant experience leading multidisciplinary teams and networks across organisational boundaries.
* High attention to detail.
