* You adapt your approach to customers’ activities and needs to drive success.
* You follow the company grooming standards meticulously.
You will have
* Ideally an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy.
* Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast‑paced beauty, retail, or FMCG environment.
* A passion for being part of a disruptive beauty brand and willingness to spread the word.
* Experience applying makeup and adapting style to diverse customer needs.
