Our Associate Education Consultant trainee programme is a 6-month training programme designed to give ambitious individuals the skills, knowledge, and confidence to break into the industry – no prior experience required! We currently have training opportunities in all of our offices across England.

About You: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking to pursue a career in recruitment and want to join a company that celebrates success and supports you on your journey. The Associate Education Consultant training programme covers all aspects of the 360-recruitment cycle. All we ask is you have the drive to succeed with a great work ethic. We’ll help you with everything else so that by the end of the 6-month programme, you’ll be fully equipped to manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients.
The role will include:
* Resourcing teachers and teaching assistants for job roles
* Searching job sites for CVs and attending career fairs
* Utilising the company database to recruit candidates
* Writing job adverts to attract candidates
* Interviewing candidates in person, online, and off-site on registration days
* Liaising with Education Consultants to ensure these candidates are placed out to work
* Writing candidate profiles
Once confident, you will move to client training, which includes:
* Visiting schools with colleagues
* Positive marketing of candidates
* Client business development and lead generation
* Developing new client relationships and account management
Axcis recognises different skill sets and offers tailored development to ensure a successful career path. This is a great opportunity for ambitious individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, presentability, proficiency on IT platforms, and excellent communication skills. Previous sales experience is preferable, but strong customer service skills and a good work ethic are also considered.
