Overview
We are seeking an experienced gas engineer to join our client\'s busy team to carry out service and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems for our customers. They are a trusted partner of choice to the social housing and related public sector in delivering essential and affordable heating, energy savings, and compliance solutions.
Responsibilities
* Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
* Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
* Communicate updates and progress of work, and complete required paperwork electronically and manually.
* Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.
* Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
Key Attributes And Requirements
* Gas qualifications are essential for this role including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 at a minimum.
* Out of hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required.
* A friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
* Criminal and reference checks will be completed before you start working.
