Customer Services Administrator
Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are recruiting for our client a specialist in their field for a Permanent Customer Services Administrator based in Lurgan.
Working in a fast paced Customer Service desk you would be the first point of contact for your customer base dealing with queries and existing orders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. First point of contact for existing customer base
2. Receiving enquiries and orders via email and phone
3. Liaising with different departments to resolve any issues / enquiries
4. Responding to queries in a timely manner
5. Technical assistance to customers (training will be provided)
The successful candidate must:
6. Be professional, punctual, extremely organised and efficient
7. Have excellent communication skills
8. Have strong Microsoft office skills and IT Skills
9. Be consistent and accurate in all duties
10. Be flexible in relation to overtime
11. Proven ability to work well under pressure
12. Previous sales / customer service experience a distinct advantage
13. Work well as part of a team and on own initiative
14. Customer focused with a strong attention to detail
Hours of work: 8am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday and 4pm finish Friday.
Permanent role based within the Lurgan area.
