We are seeking a Development Technician/Development Engineer to work within the Test Cells Department, responsible for the testing, development and validation of Triumph’s engine range.

Your responsibilities will include:
11. Conducting engine tests including durability, calibration, performance, and mechanical development.
12. Prepare, install, and maintain engines and test cell equipment.
13. Analyse and report test results, ensuring data quality.
14. Develop departmental procedures and support fault diagnosis.
15. Assist with projects and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
16. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
17. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
18. Experience with engine testbed operation and calibration tools
19. Background in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments
20. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
21. Committed to maintaining high data quality standards
22. Effective communicator with clear written and verbal skills
23. Proactive in raising technical issues and attending stakeholder meetings
24. Adaptable, resilient, and able to work under pressure
