Role Overview
Location: Hybrid – Working from Home with travel across the UK.
Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with level of role + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Company Benefits.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1700.
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent.

Responsibilities
Asset Management Lead
* Lead the Asset Management function, promote best practices and drive accreditation to BS.55002.
* Achieve BS.55002 and create a centre of excellence for our customers.
* Develop the team and business by achieving further qualifications and experience.
* Ensure alignment of business objectives through process and procedure promotion.
* Manage effective data and asset collection in line with company standards to create effective work schedules.
* Manage subcontract data for release to procurement to enable effective subcontract work placement.
* Leverage the commercial potential of the data and asset life cycle to ensure optimum return for the business and benefit for the end customer through illustrative Forward Maintenance Registers, asset replacement programmes, volume procurement and customer engagement.
* Develop a Mobilisation Key Account Management Plan to create a collaborative framework that combines both the working principles of collaboration and the process involved in taking customers into an Asset Management space.
Transition
* Own the Management Operating System Procedure and its trained deployment.
* Ensure audits are carried out to improve business compliance.
* Develop a Manned Site Management Operating System Procedure to standardise the MOS throughout maintenance service delivery.
* Improve business performance in conjunction with operational leads to create improved operating performance.
Value for Money
* Operate in selected environments to verify or identify ways to deliver value for money.
* Work collaboratively rather than in isolation.
Standardisation
* Review and evaluate current operational processes to create efficiencies focusing on standardisation, visibility, correct resource requirements and productivity.
* Monitor and measure during engagement to ensure processes and remedial plans are implemented and add value.
* Leverage the wider organisation to adapt smart tools focusing on automation and consistency to aid visibility and effectiveness.
* Optimise cross work‑stream working through aligned processes and reduction of duplication.
* Develop a cultural change management mobilisation plan to embed the EMCOR vision and values for new account teams and individuals.
Workforce Engagement
* Promote cultural shift from traditional perceptions of workplace to a physical and digital ‘workplace’ that empowers, trains and supports people.
Mobilisation
* Oversee and manage mobilisations to realise customer expectations, transitioning new business and transforming services.
* Monitor progression to contact maturity ensuring adherence to projected internal and external operational and financial KPIs.
Qualifications
* Significant experience within the FM sector, specifically in key strategic mobilisation/account management positions.
* Strong skills in asset management, data analysis, and understanding of operational IT systems.
* Ideally, qualifications in Change Management.
* Confident people management skills.
* Self‑starting, high integrity, ability to function within a team or independently.
* Able to manage team performance effectively.
* Analytical with a logical approach and strong verbal and written communication.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to undergo advanced security screening.
