This is a full-time, permanent role within the organisation’s Custom Programmes team, responsible for designing and delivering bespoke learning experiences for high-profile corporate clients.\n\n This position is ideal for a dynamic and experienced project management professional who thrives on delivering complex programmes, leading change, and driving excellence across teams. It offers the chance to make a tangible impact on how global business leaders learn and grow.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nManage a portfolio of custom-designed learning programmes delivered on-site, online, and in hybrid formats.\nLead and embed strategic change initiatives to streamline operations and improve performance across the organisation.\nAct as a mentor and deputy line manager for a team of Programme Managers, supporting their development and ensuring effective resource coordination.\nOversee all aspects of programme logistics, stakeholder communications, and client satisfaction, ensuring a world-class learning experience.\nCollaborate closely with business development, learning designers, faculty, and external stakeholders to align programme delivery with client expectations.\nUtilise data, dashboards, and digital tools (including AI) to enhance project visibility, decision-making, and continuous improvement.Ideal Candidate Profile\nProven track record in project management, operations, and change leadership.\nStrong experience in managing executive programmes or events, with exceptional attention to detail.\nComfortable using a range of digital systems and adept at analysing data to inform strategy and planning.\nAn inspiring team player who can confidently lead teams through change and motivate others to achieve excellence.\nFlexible and responsive to varying work patterns, including occasional evenings and weekends during programme delivery.\nA confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Offer & Benefits\nSalary: £41,000 – £48,431 depending on experience.\nGreat benefits package \nHybrid working model: Minimum of 2 days per week in the Cambridge office, with flexibility based on programme needs.\nA collaborative, growth-oriented environment focused on innovation, impact, and continuous development.\nThe chance to shape and deliver learning experiences for some of the most influential organisations worldwide.If you feel this could be you, please apply here or call Kim Clayton to discuss further
