The RoleKey responsibilities include managing UK corporation tax compliance across all group entities. Advising on the tax implications of business transactions. Overseeing global tax compliance, including transfer pricing and Pillar 2 reporting. Building strong relationships with HMRC and key internal stakeholders. Leading and mentoring junior tax team members.What's Needed10+ years' experience in UK tax, ideally within a large, commercially focused organisation. A recognised accounting or tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent). Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
