We know you work in Early Years because you love helping children develop and learn. You are warm and keen to give children the best education to succeed in life.
You'll have lots of time creating fun activities for children, but you'll also support the Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the nursery. This will involve helping support the team, as well as helping with nursery finances, staffing, health and safety, partnering with parents, and ensuring the quality of the curriculum.
Every nursery shares LEYF's unique teaching model. But you will have the freedom to be creative to suit how the children learn best. Whether you hop on a train to the Science Museum, take a bus to make friends at a nearby LEYF nursery, or bake with your nursery chef, it's always about the children in our nurseries.
You Will Need:
The right to work in the UK
Team leadership and strong relationship building skill
Level 3 or above childcare qualification
Good ideas on how to maintain high quality and ratio bound environments
An ability to safeguard and protect children
To be reliable, positive and friendly
About The Nursery
Join the team at Greengate Nursery and Pre-School You can find us at 97 Greengate Street, London E13 0AS, just a 10-minute walk from Plaistow station in Newham. Our nursery grounds are unique and operate from a converted barn-style building with a large garden space for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.
To summarise the feel of the nursery, one parent recently shared "The [teachers] are amazing, the manager's and team's communication is really good and the level of care they deliver is outstanding. We feel extremely safe and happy that our little one is there, and his development has also been extremely great. Thank you to everyone for all your amazing care and support."

We are using Contract as our legal basis for processing, which means we can use your details and information so that we may assess your suitability for employment with us, as well as carry out our statistical analysis of recruitment.
