Must Have’s
* Previous experience in customer service or sales support
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
* Confident managing customer orders from entry to delivery
Nice to Have’s
* Experience in logistics, order fulfilment, or invoicing
* Familiarity with CRM/ERP software, Salesforce would be desirable
What you’ll be doing
* Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
* Coordinate with internal teams to track shipments and delivery timelines
* Maintain and update customer and order information
* Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and updates
* Support invoicing and reporting tasks as needed
