About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused National Account Manager to lead the growth of our furniture and homeware ranges within the UK and Irish retail markets. This is a high-impact role requiring deep experience in licensed consumer products and strong relationships with key retail buyers across the UK and Ireland.
You'll be responsible for managing sales performance, building licensor relationships (with brands such as Disney and BBC Studios), and helping shape strategy for licensed furniture, décor, and lifestyle categories tailored to UK and Ireland consumers.
Key Responsibilities
UK & Ireland Sales Leadership
· Manage and grow sales into major retail accounts.
· Own the sales forecast, promotional planning, and retail sell-in for licensed furniture, bedroom, and home décor lines
· Identify market gaps and drive exclusive and seasonal opportunities
Licensor Partnership Management
· Support and build relationships with licensors including Disney and BBC Studios
· Support the product development team with feedback to ensure timely approvals and brand compliance for new collections and campaigns
· Present commercial updates and performance reviews in quarterly licensor meetings
Product & Category Input
· Provide insight and direction to support licensed product development for the UK/Ireland market – e.g., kids' beds, storage solutions, seating and outdoor furniture
· Feed in trend analysis and retailer feedback to support range building and line reviews
· Work with marketing teams on brand activation and content-led campaigns at retail
Collaboration & Execution
· Partner with internal teams across supply chain, logistics, design, product and customer service
· Ensure pricing, pack formats, and logistics are optimised for local retail requirements
· Monitor EPOS, sales data, and competitor activity to continuously optimise performance
Required Experience & Skills
· 5+ years of experience in licensed sales within furniture, homeware, toys, or consumer lifestyle categories
· Proven track record working with major UK & Irish retailers (grocery, discount, D2C, and specialist)
· Experience working with licensed IPs (e.g., Disney, Marvel, BBC)
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
· Fluent in English; based in the UK with willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland with occasional European and Far East travel.
Valid UK Driving License.

· European languages – fluency in German/French/Spanish would all be of benefit
· Experience managing joint business plans or retailer-exclusive programs
