Bespak is looking for a Programme Scheduler for a permanent position for this onsite role at the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £49K – 58K. As a Programme Scheduler, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of programme schedules. You will ensure that all programmes and associated work packages are delivered on time, aligned with strategic objectives, and meet the expectations of stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, and take a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions. Bespak in Holmes Chapel is an Investors in People Silver Award-winning pharmaceutical CDMO with over 350 employees, currently going through a period of significant site expansion. We are investing heavily to increase our capacity for developing and manufacturing sustainable pMDIs (asthma inhalers) with greener propellants, meeting the evolving standards of the industry, while providing comprehensive development, manufacturing, filling, and finishing solutions for a range of medical devices, including SMIs, DPIs, nasal sprays, and medical check valves. As a Programme Scheduler, you will be responsible for: Developing, maintaining, and managing accurate programme schedules and timelines. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define deliverables. Preparing and presenting key performance indicator (KPI) reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Monitoring schedules to ensure alignment with project and programme goals, adjusting plans as needed to meet strategic objectives. Tracking milestones and deadlines, identifying potential risks, and recommending effective mitigation strategies. Providing regular schedule updates and performance reports to project teams and senior management. Maintaining up-to-date documentation and version control of schedules using appropriate tools and software. Supporting forecasting, resource planning, and performance tracking activities. Programme Scheduler, beneficial key skills and experience: Proven experience in project scheduling, coordination, planning, and budgeting. Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent software. Strong analytical, organisational, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Solid understanding of risk management principles and project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, or PMBOK desirable). Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
