Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
* Provide compassionate and person-centered care to meet the unique needs of each individual.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to resident well-being.
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
Qualifications and Skills:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential we value a compassionate heart and a willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with residents and colleagues.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality care.
