If you’ve got patience, kindness, and a knack for bringing out the best in others, this could be your perfect fit. What you’ll be doing: Supporting a child with additional needs on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning and build confidence Working alongside a friendly class teacher and SENCo to adapt activities and keep learning engaging Encouraging emotional and social development through consistent, caring interaction Helping the pupil feel safe, included, and capable - because belonging makes all the difference Offering feedback to the team so we can keep improving together What we’re looking for: Experience with SEN (bonus if it’s in a school setting - but not essential) A calm, proactive, and nurturing personality Great communication and teamwork skills A willingness to learn and make a real impact A TA Level 2/3 qualification is helpful, but not required—we care more about your attitude than your acronyms!
