We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Manager to lead Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation services for looked-after young people aged across sites in the Stockport area.
Earning Potential: Up to £42,500
Salary: Up to £42,500
Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
The Homes
* Home 1 (Macclesfield area)
o 2-bed supported accommodation (ages )
o Currently 1 young person in placement
* Home 2 (Edgeley, Stockport)
o 2-bed supported accommodation (ages )
o Currently 1 young person in placement
Who Our Client Is Looking For
* Previous Ofsted registration in supported accommodation within the past 2 years ( provision)
* Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
* Confidence managing Ofsted registration processes and inspections
* Commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed care
