Location: Remote – Must be UK based
Duration: 12 months (with potential to convert to permanent)
Pay rate: £178 per day LTD (Inside IR35)
Aquent is thrilled to partner with a global leader in its industry, currently building a pioneering Creative Planning and Activations team. This dynamic new team is set to revolutionize how the company approaches marketing, focusing on elevating creative output and streamlining strategic planning to foster a more cohesive and impactful brand presence. We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join this innovative team in a pivotal operational role. This is a unique opportunity to directly shape the foundational processes of a growing team, ensuring the seamless execution of social media initiatives and contributing significantly to the company’s evolving creative standards from day one. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with an initial one-year booking, offering a fantastic pathway for career growth.
As a key member of this newly formed team, you will be instrumental in optimizing our client’s social media initiatives. You’ll be at the heart of operational excellence, supporting strategic creative planning and ensuring timely, impactful content delivery. Your contributions will directly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts, playing a crucial role in building a more cohesive and influential brand presence.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and maintain content calendars and scheduling for social initiatives.
* Assist with performance reporting and data compilation, turning insights into action.
* Coordinate operational tasks for campaigns and activations, ensuring smooth execution.
* Support the Creative Planning and Activations team in managing the master marketing calendar.
* Facilitate seamless communication and workflow between internal teams and external partners.
* Ensure the timely and precise execution of all social media activities.
Must-Have Qualifications
* Junior-level experience in social media operations, coordination, or similar administrative functions.
* Proficiency in managing content calendars and scheduling tools.
* Experience with basic reporting and data organization.
* Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative environments.
* Ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a newly formed, dynamic team.
