Responsibilities
* Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and possess successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
* Build and outfit solutions for customers, recommend additional products, and drive store KPIs.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat clientele.
* Act as a brand ambassador, keeping up-to-date with current fashion and market trends.
* Ensure shop and storage‑room maintenance, presentation, and organization are handled appropriately.
* Show flexibility and innovation while responding to the changing business environment, especially during peak periods.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in hospitality or retail.
* Hardworking with strong communication skills.
* Interest in fashion and retail.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and multitask.
* Passion for driving sales using digital platforms.
