Hours: Full Time: 9am to 5.00pm (flexible), Monday to Friday.
1to1 Group are currently recruiting for an Office Manager/PA to join a farming client in Andover.
You will provide full administrative management in all aspects of the company including but not limited to farming, property and forestry. You will be required to be able to manage multiple tasks and be able to effectively prioritise to ensure that all work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
You should have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience of using agricultural or property management packages would be beneficial. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide a professional point of contact for internal and external contacts. You must be able to deal with queries in a reactive and personable manner.
Skills:
·A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive assistant / PA or farming/property administrative role.
·Ideally you will have previous experience, knowledge and an interest in rural property management
·Excellent understanding and experience of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
·You will be expected to carry out the role with decorum and confidentiality and to contribute to various initiatives and projects alongside the administrative duties.
·Be a diligent team member.
·Be professional in approach and appearance.
·Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
·Be highly organised, self-motivated and adaptable.
